TVA draws Congressional criticism for seeking ban on floating homes on its waterways

Tennessee Valley Authority is planning to ban floating homes from reservoirs and other public waterways. Rep. DesJarlais urged TVA to find a compromise allowing the existing homes to remain as long as they meet certain standards designed to protect the waterways.
