Scott DesJarlais files bill to repeal workers' rights notices

U.S. Rep. Scott DesJarlais sends word today that he has filed a bill to repeal a pending rule that would require employers to post a notice informing workers of their right to unionize and explain how they can file a complaint if they suspect a violation of national labor law.
