Representatives Chuck Fleischmann (R-Tn.), Scott DesJarlais (R-Tn.), and Tom Graves (R-Ga.) voted for the "National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act of 2011". Representative DesJarlais said, â"Our constitution clearly states that in this country we have a fundamental right to keep and bear arms. Protecting our Second Amendment rights was a key promise that I made during my campaign for Congress and I'm pleased that the House has passed this legislation, which I have cosponsored."
