Congressman Scott DesJarlais, R-Jasper, says there is a central theme hes hearing throughout his tour of the Fourth Congressional District. The biggest thing Ive heard is get the government out of the way, said DesJarlais, a freshman who campaigned on conservative principles of smaller government. Plain and simple, theres too much bureaucracy stifling business.
