Tennessee's congressional delegation is the 12th most conservative among the 50 U.S. states, according to a new analysis from National Journal. National Journal found that U.S. Rep. Scott DesJarlais, R-Jasper, is the state's most conservative congressman, voting for the conservative position 94.2 percent of the time, the fourth highest rate among House members.
