Washington, D.C. –Representative Scott DesJarlais (TN-04) and the University of Tennessee’s Center for Industrial Services(CIS) Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), will be hosting a seminar entitled “What’s New in District 4? Doing Business with Federal Agencies”.

The seminar is scheduled for Friday, August 26 from 8:30 am – 4:45 CST at the University of Tennessee Space Institute located at 411 B H Goethert Parkway, Tullahoma, Tennessee 37388.

There will be presenters from Arnold Air Force Base, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE). Representatives from the Procurement Technical Assistance Center will also be available.

The “Doing Business with Federal Agencies” seminar will cover business opportunities with Arnold AFB, FEMA and the USACE, review the procurement process and explain the preliminary steps involved in doing business with the Federal Government.
